SCOM Web Console an unexpected error occurred

1. Open an elevated cmd-prompt
2. Go to the folder C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\v4.0.30319 and execute these two commands:
3. aspnet_regiis -i –enable
4. aspnet_regiis -r
